Ahhh, I can't even handle how excited I am right now. I feel like I'm going to burst!
Normally I do two five minute training sessions per day with Nahla. I vary it up - sometimes we work on a trick, sometimes we work on manners, etc. I keep it interesting so she doesn't get bored.
Our archenemy for the past couple weeks has been Sit. Some folks on the board were kind enough to give pointers so I've been working using different flavours of that.
And tonight.
She finally sat.
I cannot even express how dorky I sounded when awarding the jackpot and shrieking with glee. I have to confess that a naggling doubt of, "oh god we'll never get there" was always with me but she sat. Guys. Nahla can do Sit.
