 my miniature poodle, tobi, who is 6 monhts old is getting confuzed. He was a good boy and went to the bathroom outside for around 2 months before he started peeing all over the place. it got bad last week when he kept hiding when he went on the floor and hides all together now when he even goes on puppy pads. he won't to the bathroom outside unless we catch him about to go. we punished him when he went on the floor by going to a conrner by the door outside and told and yelled at him to stay there. my puppy is very smart and forgiving. today, he held his pee in and ended up doing a trail and a puddle of it. What to do????

It sounds like he is hiding because he is afraid. There is no need to back your puppy in a corner and yell at him. Putting a dog in time out in this manner has no good affects, as he will not understand and most likely just be scared. It is pointless to yell at a dog if you find an accident even 2mins after the fact. The only reason you should scold him for going in the house is if you catch him in the act, that way he will know what he is doing is wrong. He's a little dog and will be intimidated by your loud voice easily. Are you on a schedule of feeding, playing, exercising and letting him out? He'll catch on if he's doing the same thing everyday. Praise him when he does go outside so he knows that is right. IME if you don't want him to go in the house then don't use the pee pads either, it will just confuse him.

I'll second that, Brattina, although it can be very frustrating when they forget their housetraining.

One other thing for you to check is have your vet make sure he doesn't have a urinary tract infection or some other medical problem making it painful for him to hold it.

Also, could there be something outside that frightened him?
