I have a Dachshund about a year and a half old. Just last night my mom brought home a 3 month old Terrier. But the problem is my dachshund goes crazy for him, and when hes up close to him he'll lick him in the face and lick him in the private spot. The terrier doesn't like him doing it so I tryed to tell him to stop and kind of push him aside but he will continue to do it. Then I started to think he was actually gay, but I'm not sure which brings me to this forum I searched on google.com. Please help I am in need of tips to stop his behavior.
My Dog is hyper, and/or horny.

This is normal behavior.
I would try and stop the licking of the private parts, because it isnt particularly sanitary... especially if something was ever wrong with the terrier...but this is not some major problem and your dog is not gay.
Each time your pup does this tell him NO, clap your hands, and move him away.

I see, its a relief to not have a gay dog. Anyways, I tryed doing the NO and clap proccess but h will go on and on doing it. I let them run around supervising them and after a while (few hours) I put the terrier on the bed, then my dachshund was severly whimpering and still is. Do I just let them go?

Make yourself a long line. You can buy the stuff to do it at any Home Improvement store. about 20 feet of light cord, and a small snap. Put the snap end on the dog's collar. Tie a knot in the other end, and keep it in your hand.
Prevent the unwanted behavior. Each time it happens, call the dog to you in a happy tone of voice, and give it a tasty treat. Help it come to you with the line if you need to.
You will be accomplishing two things. Preventing the unwanted behavior, and teaching your dog to come when you call it.
After several, or sometimes only ONE, time of helping the dog in with the line, and giving it a tasty treat, you won't need to use the line very much. In fact, for a bit you may have trouble getting your dog to leave your side. Score for you when this happens.
Then it's time to have someone else call and reward him.
There is a fun game to play with a puppy called "The Recall Game".

I hate to break it to you, your dog is a raving homo, you need to go out and buy him a feather boa and some snazzy heels, maybe get the terrier a little leather outfit like one of the village people. LOL!
Sorry, couldn't resist. Your dog is being a typical Doxie. It seems to me that all the Doxies I have ever met are penis obsessed, whether it be their own or someone elses. I could be wrong but it just so happens that all the ones I have met have been like that.
