I just got finnished making a double fudge dark chocolate bunt cake . Its for Christmas eve but the more I get done now the less I have to do that day. Last night I made my Spinach dip and Rye bread and a few other things I know will keep fresh. Anyways this is my first time making a bunt cake and was alittle nervouse about how it would bake. But it turned out ok I think lol it hasent cooled enough for me to take it out of the bunt pan so im not sure if it did take shape well. Tomarow night im going to build my Lasagna im making one veggie and one meat pan and then im going to make my homemade icing for my cake . Then its going to set over night so it can get thick and then the next morning i'll put it on the cake. Im pretty excited can't you tell? lol
