Suddenly a few days ago Mia peed on the floor twice. Since then she's peed in the floor once a day and once she peed on my bed!

The weird thing is the time she peed on my bed she was just lying there then all of a sudden she stood up and there was a lot of pee on the bed. I was on the bed too and she did not squat or do anything to indicate she was peeing. It was just... suddenly she had peed.

Does it sound maybe like a UTI or something? Should I take her to the vet? She would very occasionally have poop accidents but never pee accidents and never this frequent. I've been doing 'potty bootcamp' too. Taking her out every 2 hours and tying her to me if I can't watch her super close. She's still having accidents though.

When Maddie peed the bed the vet said it was either "spay incontinence", or a UTI. She tried to test for a UTI, but we kept getting snow in the samples (lol) so we just treated for a UTI and it went away.
I also supplemented with cranberries - really think that's what did the trick ;)

I'd say a UTI for sure. Try and get a sample from her & take it to the vet. They'll test it for you and it'll be WAY cheaper than taking Mia in. I think my bill was $35 for the urinalysis and 10 days of antibiotics a few weeks ago when Pebs had an UTI.

A trick I figured out for getting a sample, since Mia is so small and low to the ground like Pebs, get a paper plate with a 'ridge' or a coffee can lid something with a low profile, wait until she is ready to pee or has started peeing, and stick it under her butt, then transfer the contents to a zip bag or disposable glad container. I tried with just the container first a few times and it was way too big and totally freaked Pebs out, so she would stop peeing.

In the accidents did you notice it was dark, or if there was any mucus or blood in it at all?

I thought it was a lapse in potty training until she went on the bed. she's never done anything like that before. :( The urine looks completely normal to me, not dark or bloody at all.

The fact that it's not usual behavior (?) and it sounds like it just came out without even squatting sounds like some sort of incontinence or a UTI. If I were you I'd have her checked out.
I'm no expert whatsoever, but my dogs' urine doesn't smell much. Obviously it has an odor stronger than water, but not strong at all. Sounds like maybe an infection (UTI).

Kiba's peed on the bed when she had UTIs and then again when she had a UTI and bladder stones.

I supplemented with cranberry tablets and glucosamine to help her and it seems to really help esp. when she had bladder stones.

Yeah I'm really thinking it may be a UTI. Hopefully I can schedule a vet appointment early this week... She's due for her 1 year old boosters too. The feed store here sells cranberry supplements I know...

Maybe some of those until she can get into her appointment? Sounds good to me.

I'd call vet and see if you can just drop off a sample (my vet will). And I got mine from the people pharmacy.

I hope she stops the accidents soon. I wouldn't jump to anything rash. My dogs get silly sometimes also. I have dogs who don't EVER have accidents in their kennel but sometimes they will have three accidents in a row. I don't know why but then they won't do it for months and months. I don't worry too much unless it happens VERY often.
