Capstar to kill the ones on her now, then a treatment with something like Advantage or Frontline.
The bad part about Comfortis is that it can have a lot more side effects, since it's oral. Capstar can have side effects too, but it's short-lived. It only lasts a day or two, tops.
Remember, no baths within 24-48 hours before or after topical flea control, and get it on the skin, not the hair, when you apply the flea control.
Vacuum EVERYTHING, wash bedding if you can.
And most importantly...treat ALL the dogs/cats/rabbits/ferrrets in the house. Even if they don't appear to have fleas.
