The BF had someone slam into his spec v with a giant truck last spring and his car was in the shop for literally months. They called and said it was ready and the hood did not even line up:eek: The guy said it came in like that. I thought my head was going to spin around-it was in a wreck with a 3ton truck you idiot!!!!!!

So they never really fixed it much, shimmied some stuff around.Still took it back again because the window was leaking, they said they fixed it. I gave chaz the jeep my mom gave me and I never bought my new car. So his has been sitting in the front yard since early july. Went to move it to work on the boat the other day and there is an inch of standing water in it:cool: Smells of mold.

So we are taking it back tonight. They should have totaled it out because they obviously could not fix it. They welded a part of the frame out which I think is making the window move-apparently they used to total cars with frame damage but not anymore. And now it has been sitting with water in the floor and soaking into everything. I can hear them now saying we should have checked on it but if I don't want to drive my car thats my right.

So do I call a lawyer now or wait? I would imagine they have insurance to cover their screw up but he has been a jerk both times I talked to him. I do not want to pay for one if I don't have to but I can not find any one who has gone through anything like this before-Most people drive their cars everyday-we have to many:p

Thoughts? Leaving in a few to drop it off for them to look at it. And its been pouring here all day so its worse.

And out insurance company blows. They are no help whats so ever. I am going to ask them one more time for help and they are getting dropped by all of us when this is cleared up.
