Lightroom use through wine?

Anyone know if you can use lightroom for linux via wine?
I know this was spoken about here before, but I cannot remember where?

I read the title and thought you were asking if you would still be able to use Lightroom after drinking several glasses of wine... Haha.

I did a quick search and Darkroom came up. Is that similar enough, Ive never used either.

So is Darktable an acceptable solution for Lightroom? I dont know anything about either program but I would like to know if the FOSS solution does an acceptable job so I know in the future.

All I know is, wine makes everything better.

She's running it under a virtual machine. It's no big deal since we use it for the embroidery software already.
