Kota is 5 yrs old now. Time sure does fly! Which is why I love to take pictures. Never want to miss any stages of their life.

The basset is my mothers newest dog Sophie. Someone was giving her away in the Walmart parking lot. Sophie was 12 weeks old and they were complaining she was chewing on stuff. DuH! She's a puppy.

And now for the King of the household.

Now, 2 yrs ago I thought it would be great to foster for my local shelter. He was suppose to stay for 3 months. As you can see, he is a failed foster.

AWWW love the pictures. Sheena is 5 also. Hard to believe isn;t it. The basset pup is too cute.

Sophie is adorable. If I didn't live in an apartment and rent I'd take Sophie off my mothers hands. I think mom regrets taking Sophie. She needs way more training than my mother is use to doing. And her normal methods will not work with Sophie. I provided a clicker training book to help but moms not use to it and just wont do what I've told my mother to do. Sophie is very smart and motivated to learn. She just needs a handler that is willing to work with her. I just don't have the room.

Sophie is getting so big! She is adorable and Kota, as always, is gorgeous.
