Thanks! They are contrary little things...

We've been repainting the porch and they darn near fly in our ears - until a camera comes out, then they're gone. I waited a pretty long time for one to come to the feeder, and I swear, I heard them hovering and squeaking (aka swearing) right behind my head before this one finally swooped in.

THat is a beautiful photograph. I love the red and green complimenting each other and the dark background really makes them pop. I love hummingbirds and will miss them when they are gone. THe birds are already congregating and starting to flock over here.
