Wait is this an everyday collar to wear at all times or JUST to walk? If you need something JUST to walk I recommend an all-in-one British Style slip lead worn up high right behind the ears. They cannot back out since you keep the slack yourself...it's above all the hanging skin and even my 100lbs Leo cannot or will not pull on it. I have complete control of her head...walks are a pleasure now.
