Hello everyone,

I got a 6 month GSD from a Dog Center on Sunday. His name is Jack and he is the most cutest and most gentlest thing I have ever seen! He has already settled with me and my Family. Here are few of his Pictures I have taken

So what do you Guys think about him?

He's just lovely. I love that little smile! He seems really mellow for a GSD that age; you're going to have SO much fun with him! :)

He looks pure to me, cute little guy. He does have a long coat which is out of standard, but that crops up now and then. Or maybe it's just a plush coat? I get confused between the two sometimes, they can look similar and he's still a puppy.

I was going to ask if you were sure he was pure GSD, but then saw your posting asking if we thought he was or not. ;) I don't think he's a purebred. But he's absolutly gorgeous, none the less.

another thread asking about if his dog is pure bred or not?
Exactly what I was thinking, every dog this person acquires comes asking the same question.

Here's a simple way of fixing this though. If he or she has papers and is registered, then yes, if not, nobody knows for sure.

Sounds good to me!

I think this dog looks close enough, that if he was neutered and pics mailed to the AKC he wouldn't have any problems getting ILPed. For breeding purposes? No way! Who knows what types of hereditary health problems he might have, and although he is a beautiful dog he is an ugly german shepherd, if that makes sense. :)
