"Fidelis n' Wingate's Lucky Charm" I kept with my pattern of letting kids name my dog. This time it's just her registered name.

She's a good hiking companion as long as it's not raining, windy, cold, hot or has any other sort of weather. Her preferred hiking route is Lowes or Petco.

She's patriotic.

She keeps up with sighthounds:

Mostly when they're standing still.

She laughs in the face of danger. Or danger laughs at her. Not sure which. (Yes, I'm insane and I had two puppies at once. It was the worst experience ever. I miss PerfectPuppy every day, but getting no sleep and crate and rotating two dogs who wanted to play and howl at each other constantly was awful. She went to her new home recently, so I want to stab myself in the face a lot less.)

We take her on every trip, and she had her first camping experience last weekend. The BF, who basically disliked dogs while I had Middie, then really liked PerfectPuppy, has been turned into a total dog lover by SB. He adores her. He seeks her out for snuggles, when he wouldn't voluntarily touch Middie unless he was hopping in the shower. He even asks to bring her places with him, which, usually, he can.

She's an awesome traveling companion, and we've explored tons of southern CO together. We're looking forward to more sunsets.

Seriously, she's awesome.
