We've been living in probably the crappiest area of Hamilton, ON (which isn't a great city to begin with lol) for just over 2 months now.
We've finally found a place within walking distance to let the dogs run a bit.

It's an abandoned parking lot that was used for a short while as a pick up location for picketting steel workers. I guess after the strike was over they closed the gates and forgot about it.

The walls are all broken down on the backside which is attached to the train tracks.

They love it there! Especially after a good rain and there's lots of puddles lol.

Unfortunately it's not as great as it could be, I guess it's subject to many parties and fireworks and just general wreckage. Lots of broken glass in some of the areas so we have to be diligent about that.

It's always nice to find places to take dogs though. I have a lot of places like that nearby, but it's always exciting to find new ones anyway!
