I am so sad today

I have been gone most of the day and have just returned at 12:30 Am.

My poor cousin is in the hospital. It seems he passed out yesterday and is now believed to be brain dead. He was not breathing for about 15 min. before they finely got him back. But sadly it is probable to late. They were talking about pulling the plug on him to day, but because there was just a tiny bit of brain activity they have decided to waite till fri some time or maybe a few more days. I am so upset. I don't want them to make the decision until they are 110% sure.

No one suspected it ..never even thought he was ill.

SO very sorry to hear about your cousin. Its awful when they go so suddenly. I think it may be more awful for all the family involved. Hopefully the doctors will be able to give your family some answers as to why this happpened. Knowing the reason, allbeit still tragic, sometimes helps everyone cope a bit better.

Thank you for your kind words, and thank you for your prayers.

He would not ever go to the doctors and he would not let anyone know if he was feeling bad. It seems that he had high blood pressure and diabetis. which caused his kidneys to fail. and when he passed out he quit breathing and his nephew tried to do CPR to no avail.He had allready turned black by the time 911 got there he had not been breathing for 15 min. and then they got him back, and took him to the hospital. They say it is to late. But last night they said that they were getting a tiny bit of brain activity. but so far no more today. I think they may be pulling the plug by tonight...Will let you all know...Thank you again.

This is just so sad The hardest thing about life is trying to cope when these tragic events happen without any warning.
