Oh, I found out how to put up avatars...that was kinda stupid of me. I was doing the profile picture thing. :p

I'm pretty sure I tried to upload a .gif and it didn't work until I converted it to a .jpg

Strange...normally .jpg and .gif are widely accepted avatar file types. I'll check it out for myself.

Sure enough, .gifs work just fine as you can see.

I didn't say they didn't. I just said that I tried to upload an avvie and the format didn't work. I thought it was .gif

;)

I don't mind helping anyone with avatars that they want fixed up/resized...I have Adobe Photoshop CS2 (comes with ImageReady for animated .gifs) and I'm pretty good with both of them.
