Hi guys! I am Dr. Marie, a veterinarian who practices in small animal medicine in a busy metropolitan veterinary hospital.

I'd like to join you guys and help out where I can. If I do, is it ok for me to place a link to a couple of my websites in my signature?

Let me know what you think...I don't want to violate the site's TOS so if self promotion in my siggie is not allowed then let me know!

Thanks!
Dr. Marie.

Hi and Welcome!

It would be nice to have a vet around sometimes, actually a lot of times.

Do you have any pets of your own?

Hi, and thanks for the quick reply! My hubby and I have 5 cats. We had a wonderful little mixed breed dog named Joey who recently passed away. We have a little girl (of the human variety) who is almost two so we are waiting until she is a little bit older before we venture out and get another dog.

Hi Doc.

Feel free to put your links in your signature. There is nothing against the TOS to have a link in your signature, providing it's not for something offensive or illegal.

Our members are pretty savvy here and if they detect a person is here to make irrelevant posts simply to make their signature appear with their spammy little links, they won't click. From your opening post, it would seem that you wish to participate and contribute to the forum, so have at it!

Welcome aboard!

Welcome!

However, be prepared to meet with resistance to your views.

This review was written by veterinarian, Dr. Marie.
OK, I’ll admit it. I am not a fan of raw foods, organic foods, holistic foods, etc.
Is Iams a good dog food?

In my, opinion, yes, Iams is a good dog food.
I'm just warning you.

Wow, after reading the Dr.'s website and reviews I must say I am not impressed. The review on the Pedipaws was interesting however, funny from what I have been told most people are not happy with the product because it stops working, not because people can't use it. That being said, the Dr. states that it isn't useful because most pets that are bad getting their nails done wont be better with Pedipaws...........its called training and look at how many folks use Dremals with no problems....................lol

Review on Iams? Good grief.

I also don't think the Dr. Marie is going to be an active member of Chaz, why give free advice when they are charging for it online? This was a promotion only, imo.

Don't you love the selection of videos she chose for the Pedipaws review? I may have to make a video of Gavroche. I get it out and he flops over on the ground so I can do his nails :rofl1:

My only issue with it is that it turn on too easily. If it gets bumped at all it'll tuirn on, and then the batteries will drain if you don't notice it.
