I can take the soar throat and the stuffy nose, but I sneeze constantly!! I can't do anything because of it! I'm peeing in the toilet, I sneeze rapidly, and PEE IS ALL OVER THE WALLS- LOL, just joking, seriously tho, how can I stop the sneezing?!?

Make yourself some really hot tea and mix in a ton of honey...gulp it down... There's also this natural tea you can order...you mix it with water and drink it...I used to take it every day because it's good for you...it tastes HORRIBLE though.

Wait, forgot this one. Fill a hot water bottle with hot water bottle and lay on it. It'll loosen all the mucus.

Go find some organic, raw unpasterized apple cider vinegar and either take it straight or mix it in with a little water and honey. It's worked WONDERS for me!

There is also some Dr. Schulze's SuperTonic that you should take...I'm not exactly sure how easy it is to get, tastes kind of gnarly but again, works quite well. I went from feeling like a warmed over train-wreck on Thursday (had to call in sick, something I NEVER do) to back to my normal bouncy self on Friday. Here's a link: http://curezone.com/schulze/handbook/supertonic.asp

Put vapor rub under your nose. Try the tea. P.S. If you're sick you may want to get some sleep and not stay up half the night on the computer chatting. lol

No you wouldn't. It comes prepared in glass bottle with a dropper. You really think I have that much time to fix something like that myself? I put a dropper full in a glass, add some water and gulp it down.

I'm still hooked on this Dr. Schulze's stuff and the wonders of apple cider vinegar. My mom just bought a pretty interesting book about ACV, I'm patiently waiting my turn with it.

I take Astragalus root to help build the immune system...some thing interesting about colds, they are not actually something you catch...it's your bodies way of resetting itself with the changing seasons etc. Eat healthy, a liquid fast is best for a cold: citrus, hot water with lemon and honey, potassium broth, apple cider vinegar and honey. Garlic cloves and onions are good as well.
