Welcome, Aaron!

I'm a legal investigator/researcher.

I've got Bimmer, my German Shepherd/wolf mix, and Shiva and Kharma, two female Fila Brasileiros, now 16 months and 11 months old.

It's good to have you here with us.

I'm not terribly surprised. They're a breed that has a lot of misconceptions and downright wrong information passed around about it. It's a shame, too, because they'd be extremely useful as working dogs on the large ranches Down Under. I understand you've got some nasty predators to deal with. These dogs were bred not only as drovers, but as guardians and to hunt jaguar and wild boar. There's not much a dog that hunts jaguar can't handle . . . They also naturally work together, with other Filas or other dogs.

I checked out your nutrition site, Primeryder, and I did notice a couple of things: the information on the dog food states that the protein sources are from a human-grade processing plant, but evidently the ingredients themselves are not human grade? And I kept seeing "natural" used as an adjective to describe the ingredients, but nowhere did I see that the ingredients are organic, although it does specifically state that no chemicals are added in the processing of the food, so I take this to infer that the ingredients themselves are not necessarily organically produced and may contain chemicals and hormones involved in their original production before they ever get to the company you represent.
