Hate my new computer with Vista - can't get flashplayer

I need the newest version of flashplayer but my new computer with Vista won't allow it to download. I now can't watch any videos.

I called Best Buy and they told me for $29 they could install it. Why can they install it and I can't! This is getting me so frustrated.

That sucks! There is no way that you should have to pay 29 bucks for that.
