Gecko Behavior Help?

So Temeraire (Female Crested Gecko) has a strange behavior she does after eating. Basically she eats and then raises her head straight up kind of like saying "NO! I will not eat any more!" lol But she'll keep her head raised straight up for a few seconds to a minute. She eats fine, seems healthy overall, but I can't find anything on this behavior.

Anyone know what it is?

My boyfriend's gecko will do the same thing, we hand feed him crickets sometimes as a treat and when he's had enough, he'll move his head and give us the cold shoulder. I think it's normal behavior.
