Google has a CAD program that they developed, not sure of the name of it though. It seemed to work alright, a lot of people use it

Google SketchUp? I remember hearing about it in class awhile ago.

OH! There is also OFFICE LIVE.........you access, use, store documents online It's for windows only I believe. Share Documents and Files Online | Create a Free Website | Microsoft Office Live
