First Work Day!

Well today was FINALLY my first day of work at the petstore..

It was pretty much just setting up.. putting up shelves.. cleaning, all that fun stuff! However there were some very cute construction workers there to keep us occupied..

Overall it went REALLY well!! I'm so very happy to finally be back in the workforce again.. to feel like I'm actually doing something.. having a schedule again.. it feels so great to finally be able to do this after all my hard work dealing with my anxiety and panic problems.. I'm actually very proud of me!

I did feel a panic attack coming on as I was getting the bus this morning.. then of course realized I didn't have my 'emergency' pills and that made me more scared.. it started off like the worst attacks I have but I was able to keep calm and just let the feelings pass without getting real panicy with all the 'what if' thoughts.. and the rest of the day went great!! I'm so VERY happy.. my feet are aching like mad.. I'm SO exhausted.. but I actually feel content.. finally!!!

Keep us posted !! At least they have someone working for them who know the ropes !! I'll be interested to know what you think of their " Clinic " ... I haven't been impressed of what I've heard so far . Bottom of the vet class ??

Grammy, I don't think this place is actually doing the clinic.. I think it's just the store, grooming, doggy day care and photography.. as far as I know now.. but I'll keep you posted!!
