im goign to have to make him some none skid botties or something, i highly doubt hed wear shoes...but hed probably wear boots...
we got some snow, enough to cover the ground last night...

ruby..shes seen snow...
sometimes she enjoys it and runs around doing her zoomies...
othertimes she could live without it...but at least as long as its not up to her chin she will go pee/poop without a problem.

charlie...he loves the snow...

the wowies refuse to even entertain the thought of snow, the go out stay on the cleared areas pee and then stand on your foot shivvering.

now jasper...well this is his first snow that hes been "outside" for, by the time he came home in march it had all gone...
so this morning out he goes in his pj's and it was rather entertaining, i wish id had my camera.
he stayed on the path for the most part, peeing on everything along the path...
then decided hed venture onto this strange white stuff...1 paw, nope dont like it...
tries to get back in the house.
i tell him hes not done yet and put him back out...
so he goes and pees on something else, comes back and stares at me like "how bout now?!"
i tell him to go poop, and he just gives me this huge sigh...
then towards the grass...now because of the way it fell and clumped there was the odd tiny bare patch...
and there he is trying to put all 4 paws and plan his movement in each little spot of no snow...LOL.
if it wernt big enough hed hold the feet off the ground as much as possible...
after 5 minutes of not much movment, he FAKES a poop then comes back to me tail wagging... and shivvering his little fleecy covered butt off...

i couldnt help but laugh and feel bad enough to let him come back in without his morning poop...
i ended up taking him back out about 15 mins later when he finally did...but seriously...

so it seems the time has come...
i need to make him some feety pajamas :p

in all truth though, i think im going to need to make him some none skid waterproof booties and start putting a coat ontop of his pjs for morning potty break.
ruby seems pretty happy in just her pjs at this point but jasper man is certainly not happy with all this cold wet white stuff...

now im wondering whats going to happen when we get that first couple feet :yikes:

We had first snow yesterday and Palette loved it. she loves the snow so much that she does not like to back in the house soon.Doggy boots is ok but,I bought one and took forever to put them on to my Corgi. She walks like buckling horse and one by one, shoes coming off.. I donno if knee height is not high as bigger dogs and it cause the problem or not.Size should be her size though..

i have "shoes" they were given to me free, but they just dont fit snug and hes got such tiny little feet with long toes.

so im thinking of making a fleece sock with a clear "plastic" outer with a neoprene anti skid pad on the bottom and some velcro around the top...
i want something to keep his paws warm without being uncomfortable/arkward
i think its just too cold for him...he has NO hair between his pads, and very little hair on his feet...and i know i wouldnt like to be runing round with no shoes and socks on out there.
