I took some photos at the park this morning since we had the whole thing to ourselves. Fable is such a patient model and is awesome at posing for the pictures.

She did some sitting (or slouching?)

And I tried to model this leash on her to send a photo to the company that makes them. It doesn't display the leash too well, but I still think it's a cute picture.

She jumped up on a post to get the trees and leaves in the background.

She modeled her Karma Collar (I love this thing so much!).

And then she got tired so we went home.

Thanks for looking!

She's a beauty! Where did you get that leash? I only use leashes with carabiner clips and the only one I've been able to find is from Ruffwear.

Thanks, guys! I absolutely adore her collar as well. When I decided I wanted to get one, I had a hard time picking the style out, but I'm really glad I went with this one.

Jadex- I'm so glad you asked! The company is called Sure Paw Dog Gear (http://www.surepawdoggear.org/shop/) and I absolutely LOVE this leash. You'll have to watch their video on their Kickstarter page about the 'ruff-guider' leash (which is the one I have) because I'm really bad at explaining things, but it's really cool because that extra piece of black rope near the handle with the yellow carabiner allows you to shorten the leash and clip it around a pole/table leg/etc or clip it around your waist for a hands free leash. The leashes are made of climbing rope with climbing grade carabiners, so it's not going to break (the climbing rope also means there are endless color possibilities). And, as much as I love Ruffwear products, all of their stuff is made in China while these leashes are made in the US. I'm also all about supporting small companies and companies that upcycle their products.

I know that sounds a bit like an ad, but that is how much I love my leash. It's pretty much been the only leash I've used since I got it.

That's awesome! I like the feature of being able to hook them up to something. They are a bit pricey, but I'm sure worth it. Looks like I have to start saving LOL

Fable is at the bottom of the page here! >> http://www.surepawdoggear.org/surepawhome/

Also, I'm trying to find where it shows the color options but nothing is coming up.
Lol I didn't notice that she's on the website. That's pretty cool.

My understanding of the color situation is that there are many many different color options and what they have is always changing. I just told them that I wanted a predominately green leash, and that's exactly what I got (with little specks of gray and black). They honestly couldn't have picked a better color for mine.

There are some examples of what they have near the bottom of this page: https://www.kickstarter.com/project...g-geartm-rethinking-the-dog-leash/description

When you go to order the leash, the instructions just say to put down your favorite colors or color combinations.

And yes, they are a little spendy, but IMO it's totally worth it. Mine got dragged around the dog park through mud and even in the river this morning. I brought it home, hosed it off, and it's as good as new now (doesn't even smell!). Lol I'm definitely nor paranoid about it getting ruined like I am with my leather leash.

Fable is so pretty : ) and I like that leash too!
She is one adorable fox :p
Thanks, guys!
