Extreme Makeover Home Edition

Does anyone else watch this show? I love it!!!!!!
They are filming an episode in Wichita this week and I'm going to watch tomorrow. This family's house had a natural gas leak which caused an explosion that destroyed the house completely. The dad has been staying in a bus on their property to protect it. The wife and five girls have been staying in someones basement.

That show is such a feel good show, I used to watch it all the time.

They did a house here in Utah a few months ago and aired 2 weeks ago, it was so great. They do wonderful things for people, the one I loved was a black women had adopted i thing 3 boys and she was sleeping in a living room and they were all in 1 room, they did the house omg so spec. But kuddos to them they are a great group of people and the contractors that give their time are the best also.

I can never go through an episode without sobbing like a child. Though it is a happy warm feeling cry. They just finished shooting an episode not far from where I live *15 minutes from here*. Not sure when it will air on TV.

I think it's an awesome show, they're doing some really great stuff. It would be so cool if they did something around here.

I plan my Sundays so that I don't miss an episode! I love it!

I love that show I would volunteer my time and skills if they ever filmed up here.

I love the show too. My daughters and I look forward to it on Sunday's at 7 or 8 (they have two hour specials) Right before they go to bed at 9:00 and then I settle in for Desparate Housewives, lol It's a nice recap on the weekend before the dreaded Monday.

I only wonder though, about the real estate taxes afterwards. They must have some kind of agreement with the resale and/or town for taxes???
