I'm having a hard time deciding what words I want to use for emergency recall and release cues. I don't want to use a word like "okay" for my release because I use that too frequently in everyday life/conversations. We're using "come" for standard recall, but I have yet to decide on a good word for emergency recall.

What cues do you use, and are there any other helpful ones you think should be added to my list?

Here's my list so far:
Come
Down
Drop it
Fetch
Go lay down
Leave it
Let's go (loose leash walking, left)
Off
Settle
Sit
Stay
Take it
Up
Wait
Watch me
With me (loose leash walking, right)

Emergency recall: Zombies!

If you're a Chazzer, your emergency word must be "ZOMBIES!" :rofl1:

My preferred release word instead of "ok" is "break." I also use "free dog" when the dog is informally free to go be a dog. I've heard "release" as the release word <real inventive, that one! ;) > but I don't like two syllables for formal OB.

My favorite emergency recall is from Shirley Chong, who knew the first thing out of her mouth was going to be "DAMNIT, HUNTER!" :rofl1:

For release words I recommend break or free. I use bingo, because it's cute. Bingo carries the implication we're still working, keep your attention on me. I use go be a dog/all done/enough/go away when they're released to be on their own time.
