I just finished season 9, I liked the doctor, I'm sad he's gone I almost don't want to keep watching, I don't like change

I actually stopped watching for a couple months because I also don't like change. Lol. The 10th doctor (that's Tennant right?) is AH-MAZ-ING though and I adore him. Just took me awhile to accept it.
