And why does he think keeping one of his pups was a good idea  ? Especially if he isn't going to neuter them. His house will NEVER be at peace with two intact males in the house especially with two staffy's. We already had someone on here who had two males in the house and had to give the new pup back to the breeder because her older male was not taking to him (both staffy's also). Just because they are father and son doesn't mean they will get along, does he know this? I know they are not your dogs but maybe once people start responding to you, you should have him read the post's to see for himself and figure out what to do. Not only that his older male was to young to even be bred. Over the age of two is when breeding should be done and after having all the health testing done as well. Oh well, what is done is done and I hope your friend realises that having two male is not going to work. And unfortunately, I don't think there is much that can be done with the father except for keeping them seperated or you may eventually end up with a dead puppy if he is being that aggressive towards him. PLEASE have your friend rethink his decision about keeping two males or have him start by getting the father fixed and then having the son done at an appropriate age and see if that helps. Testosterone is not a good thing in an already dog aggressive breed and unfortunatley fixing him won't be a miracle cure for behavior but it does help along with training and hard work if your friend is up for the challenge. Good luck, and as I said have your friend read through the posts :) . Let us know how it is going!
