I used to know someone who bred Belgian Sheepdogs. I will check and see if they still are. If so, I can probably get them to set you up with some good starter dogs.
 
I got a Belgian Sheepdog female from the store but I don't think she's very good, LOL. Should have tried some breeders - I think that's what I'll do next. What if you don't get a good dog - do you sell them to pet homes, orrr?

You can try to sell them, but there's no guarantee on buyers. Or you can train them in sports and compete for fun without breeding that certain dog. Or you can keep them and compete with them until you get a better dog and retire them in your kennel at that point. Or you can give them up to the rescue center. :o

I adopted my first dog from there and the next day got a good starter dog from a friend who was already well established in aussies, I just kept the crappier dog from the store and competed with her in stock dog and what not until she got a few titles and then she was retired.

I decided to do Border collies and Belgian Malinois. Now I just have to find some Malinois! I think I'm going to try to breed for a great sport dog, with a ton of drive and energy! mwuahahah! >_< lol
 
I'm pretty certain my two breeds are going to be Aussies and Malinios... its a good thing this isn't real life :P

Anybody who is new, somebody in the facebook chat is willing to import new players a dog, once they decide on their breed! Importing is essentially a better form of adopting

Love how complex this game is! Registered my kennel name - Starlight Acres, after my 2 year old Quarter Horse who I'm planning to register as Acres In Starlight, awwwww. (:
 
I still need a kennel name. This is when my imagination is shown to be how useless it really is. I mean, the only thing I can come up with is Tree + Tree.

How hard can this be? :rolleyes:

I adopted a afghan on accident, had to get rid of it and get my Ibizan hound, but I forgot to switch it to female so now I have TWO males! >_<

I am signing up now and I want the whole treatment (AKA: sign me up for shiz).
 
I am "Nevermore" (kennel name von der Beständig), formerly Account #10393 but in the process of moving in to Account #83. Both the username and kennel name have absolutely no meaning for me, they were the first things I could come up with so I ended up using them.

I specialize in German Shepherds and Beaucerons, and show/breed Australian Shepherds and Border Collies for fun as a side project for competitive conformation.
