Well since they don't have English Shepherds ( :( ), I'm thinking either German Shepherds or Belgian Sheepdogs. Maybe Borzoi? No idea! :)

eta: Do I have to accept your friend request? I've gone to messages and friends and I can't seem to find anything, LOL. Such a newb!

With all the SAR drama of Japan, New Zealand, Alabama, etc... I took a break for a while, but I think I've finally got the time to return. I demand that all of you add me immediately. :D

Once I get some of my dogs back from their temporary caregivers and start rebuilding some of my lines, I would be more than happy to help anyone hoping to start breeding Mals. Mani is actually my breeding partner, and she is another good person to ask for advice.

Do you guys know any good Belgian Sheepdog breeders that would sell me a puppy or should I try my hand at the adopt place?
 
My name is Kat on there. I think I've friended everyone on this thread now, so next step would be getting a dog.

Other Jess, I would be very interested in a malinios! They are one of the three breeds I'm thinking of starting with right now

Or you can search for some via 'fetch', most people are very nice on ddz if you message them and ask them for some info. :)
 
For all the new members, because most people don't seem to know this when they first start out (I know I didn't), make sure you buy a mop&bucket, disinfectant and tools (and equip them to your kennel) to clean and repair your kennel daily or else your dogs will end up sick.
