My future Persians will be Felony and Ms. Demeanor. I've had those names chosen forever for them.
My ACD was going to be Stetson, but I'm not quite sure about getting an ACD anymore, so we'll see.
I have a list of names that I choose from, which is how Argon got his name. He was orginally "Fred" which I hated and he didn't respond to (after the people had had him for 5 years!) so I had no issues changing it.
Funny enough, though, he does look now when I say Fred, even though it hadn't been his name in more than a year.
Greystone was Sampson in his orginal home, but we didn't know that when we renamed him. He did respond to both (when he felt like it) until the day he died.

One couple whose dog I was hired to help with aggression problems (with humans) just got another dog...a year old pug/poodle mix from a shelter. Their first dog is named Sheriff and they just named this new dog Deputy. LOL! Sheriff is a big dog. Deputy is his side kick, I guess.

I knew of someon who had two little dogs that were kind of yappy. I'm not sure if they were ankle biters or not. Their names were Snip and Snap. :rofl1:

I have a list of names, most of them boy names though. Quite frankly I tend to prefer girl dogs so that never works out. I have no girl names picked out at all. Mia came to me as Gayla and it took a while to change her name. Summer, Rose, and Bernard all came named and kept their names. Of course BERnard isn't really what we call Nard anymore. ;)
I have a list of names that would work for boy dogs... but I think I want a bitch next... Also an issue for me, haha.

I want to name one of my dogs Wall-e, just because it would be very fun to yell ''Walllllll-e!'' in annoyance.

I will name my future sighthound Forrest, so I can be able to yell ''Run, Forrest, run!!'' while he is coursing.

I got others, but there deeply stored in the brain box.:p

Lol.. Keelys name was Ophelia, but it worked out great because her breeder was calling her phelie for short.. lol.. So it pretty much sounded the same only with a k sound instead of the ph.. lol..

I tend to name based on personality. Sawyer was "Remy" before I actually brought him home, then as I was sitting there petting him and filling out the final adoption paperwork, I had to go with my second choice of "Sawyer", because it just fit him so much better.

I have a list of names I'd like to use, but it will depend on whether or not they fit the dog.

I do have my kennel name picked out though: Buckkeep

I'm looking to possibly getting this dog and her current name is Sugar.

I'm considering renaming her Jodeci. No reason why, just like the name. I know its a r&b group and yes I know the sort of songs they make :p

My other choice is naming her Cali, because she is located in Englewood, FL. And it reminds me of Inglewood, CA.

Other than that I like the name Kuvo (from The Lion King II) for a boy dog, and Anubis for my future fennec fox!

I've only named Valentino and have kept the others name with minor changes, Princess to Princess Mama, since I already had a Princess and Peppy to Pepe.

They have to be with me for a couple days before I name them so I would have to say no, no names chosen but I really like the name Damion.

Its even worse then I originally let on... I know the breeds of these dogs as well.

Issey is my male Biewer and Vera is my female standard black or red poodle :)

My dream is to have a standard poodle covered that sleeps covered in Yorkies/Biewers.

you cant just slip this in unnoticed... we need DETAILS... :p
 I was hoping it would. :p

She's a smooth hair black and tan dapple piebald 4 year old dachshund (I think a tweenie or standard, not sure she's 11lbs-12lbs, she's bigger than Princess). Just gotta wait till she delivers her pups and weans them. :)

There's also a smooth hair tri-color piebald mini dachshund who's 8lbs-9lbs who I was looking into as well (not getting both, either one or the other), but her adoption is pending, so I'm not sure.

Oh and then my friend is insisting on this smooth hair chocolate dapple dachshund PUPPY. Not sure if I can go through puppyhood again after raising Valentino :rofl1:

But I haven't put a deposit on her just yet, so like I said possibly.

But yeah opinions on the names are welcomed! Should I keep the name she comes with or which name do you like better out of Cali or Jodeci? I'm assuming you need a picture before you can a decision huh? :p

And the girl who's adoption is pending. I would consider the name change with her too, her current name is Roxy.

Haha! It's funny you should mention that, I was talking the other day about how cool it would be to have dog's named Wall-E and Eve (I thought it was pronounced more "eeevvvaaa" in the film though :p

I have a list of names I like, but it depends on what suits each dog wether or not I end up using them.

I've always wanted to name a Newfie Sebastian, but Matt HATES it. I've also toyed with using another truck name to match Sierra.

I don't have names picked out... But I always thought it'd be cute to have a male gsd or corgi (or really any other pricked eared dog) and name him Radar :p
