Oh wow, I see what you mean! You guys do look nothing alike!

My brother and I don't look alike at all either. He is 17 years old, 6'8 and 300 lbs (muscle, not fat). I am still quite tall (5'11) but actually quite slender! And he has tanned skin like our dad, and I am pale. :( So I can see why people might get the wrong idea unfortunately.

Not really. My sisters and I are so much alike. We've always been very very close, all three of us. I love them so much and would give my all for them.

We are not at all alike in temperament, or looks really. (Talking about my only blood sibling, not the two that were adopted)

I look much more like my mum's side of the family, and my brother looks like the spitting image of my dad when he was young. There's no mistaking the parentage! ;)

And as far as character goes, we are polar opposites.. Probably why we can't spend more than a couple of hours together without screaming at each other! LOL!

The same thing happened to me on sunday ,Mandy, when i was in the petstore. A couple of people in my class thought that my sis was my gf ewwwwwww.

But apart from having a different dad we are soo similar that we generally hate each others guts :) . And she has to copy me in EVERYTHING!!!!! I start horse riding she starts horse riding. Mum and dad start looking to buy me my first pony SHE wants a pony. I get a dog she gets a rat and then a dog. It drives me insane.

i don't know WHY she can't just have her own interests and not copy mine. (although she is probably sorry that she got them to get her the rat because i refuse to look after it and *GASP* she has to do it herself!!) I mean if it wasn't for her I would probably still have horses now . So yeah we don't get along AT ALL.

Eh... There are 6 of us, and soon to be more, so you know none of us are gonna be exactly the same, we're gonna be different in some ways. Several of my siblings take after my dad, they're tact-less, say what's on their mind, and don't care what people think of them at all. I actually wish I was more like them in that last category, lol. But I take after my mom. In fact, out of everyone in my family, my mom and I are the two people who are most alike :)

A little yes, my older brother and my little sister are very alike but I am the quiet, reserved one. I love them both but tolerate my brother much more than my sister.

My sister actually isn't too much different from me... yet! She's only 14 years old but I see a lot of similarities from when I was that age.

I definitely, definitely know what you mean, though ;)

Lets see...brothers, self serving, self centered, big, vs me..skinny and thank the heavens above..not like them. I will take all the bad luck, all the illness, all the hard times to never walk through this world thinking it's all about me. I do not want to be like that.

I do.
My sister and I act different, have different styles, and don't even look alike at all, but every now and then she does something that reminds me that we are sisters lol.

Are you kidding? When we were kids, instead of telling my younger sister SHE was adopted (like most older sibs do to torment the younger ones), I told her I was adopted and wasn't related to ANY of them :rofl1:

LOL me too, I can only hope after all :rofl1:
Even when my dad does something that makes me mom roll her eyes... I tell her "your husband", to which she retaliates "your father" which of course makes me go "prove it" :lol-sign:

I told my sis that when she was a baby I tried to sell her to the neighbours and even THEY didn't want her :rofl1:
When I was a kid and my cousin was like threeish I put her out on the corner with a sign that said "Bratty cousin. 10 cents to good home." I think i was like six or seven. The spelling on the sign probably wasn't that good, and I got in a loooootttt of trouble for that one, but it was worth it at the time.

Sometimes yes, and other times no. My sister seem different then I am in certain things, but if I look deep into those differences we are kind of the same, she's just a bit more extreme then I am.

Eh...sometimes. Me and my sister are really close and most people think we're twins cuz we look very similar (especially when we're both wearing our glasses and dressed the same). We do have several very fundamental differences though and when they come up I'm like "WTF? Where did that come from?" It's pretty rare though.

I told my sis that when she was a baby I tried to sell her to the neighbours and even THEY didn't want her
My dad told me that they found me under a rock....lol. And I used to tell my brother that he was the milkman's (not that we had a milkman).

BWUAHAHAHAAA!

Last time my YOUNGER sister (the only one I have, thankfully) was in town people asked if she was my Aunt :rofl1: I don't know who was more pissed, her or my mom. :D

We really can't stand each other. We are polar opposites. Once our parents are gone we'll probably never see or speak to each other again.
