This event is a once in a decade (it seems ) for us. We have NEVER indulged like this since we have been togther.... But, when in Rome...

First, the pics. Then the story.

We shared an amazing meal, ALONE, at the Fulton Crab House in the Downtown Disney area at Walt Disney World in Orlando. We had the "Fulton's Crab and Lobster 'experience" for two. And experience it WAS.

A sample of things said during the course of this meal.

"Take THAT PETA!" ;) (Or, 'Sea Kittens' are delicious.)

"My arms are covered in butter."

"I've never been happier than I am right now."

"This is for you, Captain Phil." (While eating Alaska King Crab claws.)

"What are those green things they brought?"

"Uggghhhhhhhhhhhh."

"God Bless America." :)

Needless to say, we had our cholesterol fill for the year. Praise God we get to WALK, a LOT tomorrow and the next day.

But, oddly enough, we spent most of the time (note that this is the first 'date', with out Hannah we have been on in YEARS) talking about Hannah, imitating her, thinking about how she would react to the things we saw....etc.

A good time was had. Now, looking forward to Hannah seeing Mickey tomorrow.

Lobster is good..........but those crab legs *drools*

I am glad you guys got out, indulged, and had a great time alone! It's more important (now and then) than most couples think :)

Side note: Kevin used to live on the coast in North Carolina, now of course we live in Indiana........getting him to go out for a lobster/crab dinner is difficult at best because it's VERY hard to find the quality (in seafood and cooking thereof) that he got spoiled to down there, LOL

I'm drooling here, looks so good!

For a second, I thought my husband was with you guys after reading this.."What are those green things they brought?"..but then he would have said "evil green things" so I knew it wasn't him. LOL

I got pretty spoiled on seafood living in Wilmington! Almost as spoiled as I did on barbecue, lol.

Brian, you and Tanya know how to treat each other :)

Did they have scallops? Halibut steak? I will forego any other seafood for those two

I love Fultons. We eat there every time we're in Orlando on a conference. There is always a long line/wait, so I get my name in, we go shopping/bar hopping and come back and have dinner.

Glad you enjoyed it!
