BAD! k9stud.com is one of the worst sites.. if you take a detour off the adoption page it is backyard breeder/puppymill HEAVEN!

even the adoption page sucks.. its more of a "breeding dogs that we cant sell" page and you have to subscribe and pay to even see most of the info on these "dogs for adoption'

some of the dogs/people putting them for adoption do seem to be well meaning..but the site ITSELF sucks and I wouldn't support it. any site really interested in finding homes for dogs/rescuing would not have 10000000 byb puppies listed just a click away

k9stud.com is a backyard breeder advertising ground, that's mostly what the site is for. It has that free section, which I highly, highly, do not agree with. Free puppies and kittens are a BAD BAD BAD idea. There are entirely too many people out there with bad reasons for wanting free dogs, puppies, kittens, and cats. Dog fight baiting, research labs, ect.

And I also agree with fran, the troll that has that in his sig, is just that... a troll. His 2 word posts numerous times a day are simply so that he can advertise that lovely byb breeding ground in his signature.

He doesent even have his profile filled out just that site in his about me section thats pathetic. And honestly most i dont think its a good idea to give an animal away thats where research facilitys and BYB take advantage of getting there dogs.

Well, this is your chance to be constructive and teach him all about what is so wrong and unethical about that site and why anyone who really loved dogs would have nothing to do with it.

I tried! but his boss owns a part of it and wants him to be around dog forums, hes making $ off this

I think it's a crap site. You don't give dogs or cats away for free and you certainly don't advertise for puppymillers with a good conscience.

I'm doubtful that the pics match up with real dogs to be adopted.

There is one crested on there that seems to be from a legit rescue cause I googled them.. But I can't find any dogs for adoption on their real site.

Dog is so beautiful I would go ask about it's personality and such.. but I doubt it is actually real/ for adoption/ if it is it isn't THAT dog.. etc..
