ALL RESCUES IN AND SURROUNDING OHIO.... BEWARE OF MAUREEN MCLAUGHLIN!

This woman pretends to be a rescue. She collects small animals from unsuspecting people looking to place their animal with a rescue and possibly from breeders. She places the animal in a small crate and submerges it in a barrel of water....she drowns the animals. She has stated to the Humane Society that she has killed approximately 650 animals this way. According to our local news station, WBNS Columbus' Channel 10, she is now on the run. She may be "working" for rescues, shelters, or even a vet office. BEWARE! I seriously hope that a lengthy psychological evaluation is done on her, and then appropriate treatment/confinement. A person who would drown that many animals, keep little clips of their hair and write notes about each one is really, really, disturbed. And then she turned herself in. She's not a random cruel sicko, she has a lot of hallmarks of someone with a serious mental illness. Not safe for animals, humans, or herself to be roaming. I hope that they find out what is wrong with her. It sounds like she needs to be institutionalized for everybody's safety. Killing animals like that is how serial killers get started.

Oh no! what state would she be in? If it is Ohio, then my animals are endanger!! Although I live in Indiana! I hope she gets a death penalty! that is wrong, and disgusting!

I read another article that said the Maximum she can get, no matter how many animals she killed is 1.5 years and then she will be able to own dogs and cats again. I hope she gets put away in an institution for life. What a horrible person
