This is Easton. He is about 75lbs. He is very sweet, has no DA so far (although he seems young, maybe a year old). The sign on his run said he was also good with kids. He was fostered for a little bit before coming to FOHA, so I guess that's how that was discovered. :p So what do you think is in him? (Those ears are natural, only his tail is docked). These are just some quick shots I grabbed today, I will get better pics when I can. I am stuck in the cattery now, I haven't worked in the kennels in two weeks. I miss dogs!

He looks like a pit bull for sure. They can have erect ears, I have seen them docked too (people get...confused). He's kinda big though, so I'd guess he's mixed with something and it's probably something that is traditionally docked.

1st thing that came to my mind when I saw his head was great dane so maybe pitt/dane

And his tail could have been docked due to an injury.

Boxer/Pit mix.

WAY too small to be a Dane, but I see Boxer in the conformation and the set of his eyes, and a little in the face shape. It would also explain the docked tail.

I see boxer, too. A lot of people will dock any kind of boxer mix, and some people get the idea that pits need docked too. He's cute!

I dont see boxer at all. The head is way off.

My guess is dane pit.
The head may be off, but structurally, the body looks very much like a boxer...very much Like Gavroche. Maybe some Americna Bulldog? (the leaner ones, like Chance from Homeward Bound, not the stocky ones)

I don't see any dane...

Rott pitt mix? Pit mix for sure and I totally agree that his tail could have been docked for happy tail especially docked at that length with the lack of hair growth on the end.

While his ears do remind me of a Dane, Dane's ears are cropped to stand like that.

I, too, saw Pit right off the bat. Whoever mentioned Cane Corso wasn't crazy. Although it didn't come to mind, as soon as it was mentioned, I could see it. Maybe Pit/Cane Corso/Boxer?The big question is, tho, how common are Cane Corsos in the area he's from? I'm just starting to see them here in NJ.
