Slight problem with the barking. Buster only barks if a) the other 3 bark, at the same time, or b) if he wants to play.
b. Is the problem. If he sees a person, child or dog, he barks! Being a 40lb black dog, they will not approach, so he barks more. How do I get him to stop? Once he meets the person, he is fine, but getting someone to act as bait, and then rewarding him when he stops is problematic, no one wants to be barked at for 10 minutes. At some point I think the barking is becoming self rewarding?
Other approaches? Any idea how to hire "bait?"
