I haven't picked up my camera much lately, just no desire to. But i brought it along today when I went to run the Kelpie. We had some fun!

I love how vibrant your pictures are! And sharp. I feel like mine often lack focus and colour and it drives me crazy. These are beautiful.

I feel as though you captured both dog's personalities in each one of these pictures. The eighth picture had me laughing, their expressions are priceless.

What a beautiful backdrop to be shooting on!

I LOVE when you post pics of that Kelpie, makes me so happy :D The expressions and body language remind me of Limit.

Canon EF-S 18–55mm lens f/3.5–5.6

Just the kit lens that i neglected for so long, now I'm really starting to like it for certain things!
Really? Wow, that's my least favorite of my lenses and I never reach for it, but your shots are stunning. Maybe I'm just kit lens challenged.

Thanks guys :D

It was my least favourite too until I did a shoot last summer for a tourism company in my region. My friend pushed me to try the wide-angle lens so i got to playing with it. This is by far my most successful attempt, but I'm starting to really like the versatility i can get with it. Only took me like 4-5 years i guess to actually work with it. Lol.

ETA: I will add that the majority of these were shot blind. Lots of trial and error and hoping and praying lol! So much fun though to be able to try those angles.
