I need my brain back! I feel like I can't string together anything more than a basic sentence, I use the wrong words constantly, reading is impossible, even just being online and cruising the web causes me issue.

I've broken down into tears twice this afternoon trying to figure out what needs to be done for me to get benefits before the baby is born and I'm off work now, and this should NOT BE THIS COMPLICATED!!! GRRR! I'm going to have to go into the offices to get it done, and I think Matt's going to have to come with me. Having anyone try to explain even basic tasks to me is excruciating.

We have a list of things that need to be done this week while we're both home, and it shouldn't be that hard to get those things done, however I'm obviously having trouble. Even just putting the list together was painfully difficult (trying to remember what we need to do!).

I WANT MY BRAIN BACK! He'd better be a d@mn smart kid.

Have you started leaving things in odd places yet? I remember when I was pregnant with my daughter I found myself putting the milk away in the pantry and the cleaning spray away in the refrigerator once or twice :p

You'll get it back soon enough. Late pregnancy is known for making women's brains into scrambled eggs.

Ugh. I remember that. Hang in there! It does get better!

If it makes you feel any better, this was my shining moment of "what the heck??" while pregnant.

I had just come out of the bank and realized I'd lost a glove. I looked everywhere inside the car, checked the parking lot, and was about to go back into the bank to look when I saw it there. How the heck did I close it in the door like that???? No idea...

The most awesome thing about it is you had the presence of mind to take a picture. :rofl1:

I'm so glad to have some mom's come in to tell me my brain will come back!! I've had mean people telling me that this is permanent.

Maxfox, I love that photo! It's hilarious that you took a photo of it! :D

I'm glad that you like it. I was laughing so hard once I realized what I did that I felt I needed proof. Hence the photo. :p

All that weird memory lapse stuff has disappeared now that Justin is born. I will say that I constantly get up to do something, but the second I start walking I have entirely forgotten what it was I was going to do. However, I did that wayyyyy before ever being pregnant. LOL
