...to design a new logo for me? I HATE my current logo, but I'm so artistically handicapped that I've just been sticking with it. I'd be willing to pay for your time, of course, but I'm not quite ready to go the $150 for a stranger to do it. :) I'm looking for something simple and breezy (I've always been partial to simplicity; I really like the Lucent Technologies logo) that I could shrink and expand for things like brochures and business cards. I don't know exactly what I'm after, so I'd need some help in that regard. I do know I want something oval-shaped or circular. Probably just a happy-looking, cartoon-style dog that curves with the round shape...? The name of my business is "Canine Communications", so maybe a little tilty head and a cocked ear would be in order? I'll attach a nother logo I've found that has the "feel" I want. Please let me know if anyone's interested.

Hey Emma. One of my favourite doggy logos is the one at pro-galgo (see www.pro-galgo.org and see if the faces remind you of someone!) I like the simple outline dogs but they look a bit snoozy to represent a training business! Maybe the head of the guy bottom left drawn in the same style - with a cocked ear - would suit?

Did you get anyone to make your logo? If not my husband does graphic design. All goes along with the sign business. Let me know if you want him to do it.

I LOVE the one on the left, Smkie!! I like how the lines aren't really solid and don't quite connect on the ends. Forget the round stuff, that guy's perfect!! :D

He's all yours then...do you need me to send him to you directly or do you need it on a disc?

i don't do type,..someone else will have to do that part. i will ink him in so you get a good dark black line and stick in on a disc.that would probably be the best way to go, unless of course you want color

I can probably do my own type. I can just copy him straight off the wonderful internet, and just bypass the disk. And if his lines are dark and solid enough, I can probably talk the 'puter into coloring him for me. HOORAAAAAAAY!!!!! THANK YOU SMKIE!!! :D
