any way to donate Derramaxx?

my beautiful Samoyed, Max, had to be put to sleep today. We have almost a whole bottle of Derramaxx that was his for his arthritis. I hate to throw it away, it's so expensive and I know that somewhere there must be a dog owner who could use it. does anyone have any ideas of how I could find somewhere to donate it? I know Max would want it to go to help another dog whose hips hurt like his did.

I just want to say I'm so sorry about Max. Know that he is in a better place and not suffering. Max will live on in your heart and memories forever. You're a good person trying to give his medication to someone who can use it.

You could always take it back to your Vet. They can then do what they want with it. Sometimes (with my Vet anyway) they will try to help out the poorer dog owners.

try donating it to your local humane society. they could probably use it and if it's like ours it has a little vet area in it. they'd be able to use it there i'm sure
