agile beagles

I know my pups are too young for agility training, but I'm looking now to find the best commands(sit, stay Etc.) that they should know prior to agility.
Also does anyone know of any trainers in Connecticut?

For beginner lessons, our club requires dogs to know sit, stay and down. A reliable recall will put you ahead of the game, too.
As far as trainers (and/or agility clubs that give lessons), do a search of the various organizations such as AKC, NADAC, USDAA, UKC, CPE for a list of who is in your area.
