Im a sooooooooo excited Lee and I are travelling to USA to NewYork on thursday, and I am soo Excited! This is our first long haul trip together, and our first holiday in 2 years, we cant wait!

Im a bit apprehensive about leaving shadow, but shes staying with lee's parents, and im sure she'll be fine, but i still worry!

Got all our travel documents together yesterday, and we've had our american dollars through, and they look like monopoly money (no offence) Im not used to money all being one colour!

Im making plans on what we're going to do, its mainly a shopping trip, but I wana do the statue of liberty, empire state building, grand central station, times square, theres a haloween festival in times square on sun, we're definately gona do that! 5th avenue, central park (and the zoo).....man I cant wait.

Hope our flight isnt delayed, the weathers not good is it in the US at the moment, I've been trying to keep track of the weather, and they say there will be very strong winds in NY Mon, Tues of this week.....

Just wanted to share all my excitment, sorry if I bored you, Im driving all my family and friends mad

IM LIKE THAT WITH SHADOW, JUST HAD TO ASK LEE'S PARENTS TO LOOK AFTER SHADOW AGAIN ON BON FIRE NIGHT AS WE'VE BEEN INVITED TO A 21ST BIRTHDAY PARTY, AND I SAID YES NOT REALISING IT WAS BON FIRE NIGHT, THERES NO WAY I COULD LEAVE SHADOW ON HER OWN THAT NIGHT WITH ALL THOSE FIRE WORKS GOING OFF.

Sounds fun, I dont actually know where that is, but if its in the North then I wouldnt, its like its a different country up there, the only place I know in North Wales is Wrexham and Anglesea, god how sad is that!

Have a faaaabulous time!!! New York was always a city I wanted to visit, and when I got there I wasn't disappointed - it's great and lots of fun. I'm sure Shadow will be well cared for, but I know how much you will miss her!

my aunt live in the bronx, and she knows every nook and cranny of manhattan...its soo awesome going with her!

do NOT forget to check out chinatown and SOHO....

if you have any questions, ask me, i just may be able to help out with site to see or places to go...haha cant guarentee ill be the BEST help, but ive been there a ton of times.

and, def go to the statue of liberty...but if its a crappy day, especially if the lines are long...i wouldnt go up to the top (unless of course its something you really want to do...then definately do it!!!) the one time we went to the top, it was just dissappointing cause it takes soooo long, and you cant see anything when its a crappy day but then again, i am a person who whizzes through things...like, oh look a picture..ok next? im like done with a museum, and my mom is still staring at the 2nd picture, lol


yeah...the bad weather would be due to hurricane wilma...that **** thing ruined my trip to florida...

ooh, and if you like muisicals...you should go to a show on broadway...usually the day of, you can get tickets REALLY cheap (if there are some left that is)

LOL!!! Our coins aren't all the same color - the pennies are copper colored

It's so funny how money in other countries looks soooo different. That's how I feel when I go to a different country and see their money...it looks like play money to me.
