if she can stick to u like glue.. try to start walk her among the crowd. bring her whereever u go, to build up a strong bond with her. and train basic low jump start at home. plenty of praise even simple jump she can do.. sensitive dog need a lots of encouragement and they trust their owner more...

probably u can start train basic commands at home first, like jump.. just use anything set with low height and start ask him to jump over, adds on simple low jumps at home to try on him. make it fun, set it as a game and important build up his drive. u can use anything at home to set simple...

since your dog luv ball, flyball could be a gud sport, but u mentioned u not alwiz with him, and flyball need a team to play, so i guess the best u can start up agility with him.. try build simple equipments and teach basic commands like 'over'.. stay.. tunnel... i guess you no need to hv...

oh.. haha, i just play for fun, we still cant get 8 dogs for tournament.. :o my box a little bit out dated, i guess 2 holes the best for starting out, so that they can learn the swimmer turn.. ;)
