Hi! At the moment I have HP scanjet 4890. I bought it because it has removable top and I need that so I can scan large paintings and drawings.

Well this is the first time I see spaming regarding pet portraits. This explains why they are first in search term pet portraits in google. I would think they would at least try to write it in good english or make an interesting post. :)

Hi! Welcome to my world! :) I have my 3rd scanner at the moment and none of them ever produced colours like they are on paintings and drawings. I usually sit behind computer for an hour before I finally get scans to look like they should. Thank god for photoshop! Katja
