IMO if you want only 1 dog get a Dobe if you want to have a couple dogs get a Rott...still shouldn't leave the Rotts alone while unsupervised as they can be dog aggressive sometimes but not as much as Dobes. Ofcourse everydog is completely different these are just generalizations.

Looking for a Girls name that has a sense of toughness and ruggedness to it for a rottie. There are plenty of those of boys...like tank, cujo, bear. see where im getting at?

I have eminated the Boxer as one of my choices so I am making progress...Now it is between Rottweilers and Dobermans...I like the looks of Rottweilers better but I am still unsure. Any opinions greatly appreciated.
