NO GOD NO, at the end of his rope is ME, u see she is only 5 months and once before i took her out to do her thing and she sow a cat in the road and ran into the middle of the road, so to make sure it doesnt happen again i keep her on a leash I DIDNT LEAVE HER OUT IN THE SNOW, MY WORD, LOL, I CAN SEE HOW IT LOOKS BUT I ASSURE U SHE IS LOVED AND ONLY GO'S OUT TO PEE AND PLAY.
THATS ME AT THE END OF THE ROPE, and she sooo loved, she only ever go's out to pee and play, i DID NOT tie her up in the garden in the snow and leave her.
She is 5 months and the reason she is on a rope (a leash) is because once before i took her out into the garden and she had seen a cat in the street and ran for it and i had to chase her down the road so i want to make sure it does not happen again so i will keep her on a leash when i take her out.
LOL i can see how it would look cruel BUT I WOULD NEVER LEAVE HER OUTSIDE.
Vegas, I think maybe Carol meant that humorously, like "I'm at the end of my rope." It does look like she's stretched that rope about as far as it will go, lol!
