Well, I talked to her(Breeder) and she said that she believes that 8 weeks is long enough... She has sold almost all the dogs from her previous litters at this age and has many success stories. She also said that she won't let a dog go if she honestly feels they're not ready, and that's why she waits a few more weeks for specific puppies, and she said Dillon seems very independant and ready for a new home! I really honestly believe that he will be fine to come home at 8 weeks. I have asked hundreds of questions about him, and I know that right now he isn't dependant on his mother anymore, and although his brothers and sisters are great companionships, Cody will be able to teach him things just as easily. IMO, he will do completely fine. Even though I have school, my brother if home all day and agreed to let Dillon out of his cage every hour to play with him and Cody. Also, we agreed he will take him out every hour as well... When I get home from school, he will have my FULL attention, and I know everything I need to on how to teach him correctly. I REALLY, REALLY, feel that all(my family and I, and Dillon)of us are ready.
