Completely unrelated: Lancer and I finally took our first nosework class! I got ready to be blown off too early. The nose work trainer replied to my email last night, letting me know that I can join in on the class this morning, SO WE WENT. YAHOO. He was shy at first, but VERY quickly got the gist of it and enjoyed the game very much! The trainer said that he can get started on odors very soon, so hopefully next class. We're definitely going to continue this and trial in the future when he gets to that point. :D

These photos are from yesterday afternoon. Lancer and I on our hill again. It's completely quiet, no cars or people sounds, nobody else around, and always a cool breeze- so Lancer always gets totally carefree and giddy on the hill.

Something clearly very interesting in front of me.

YAP this same dried up hill! And YEAHHHHH I'm going to the next class with Lancer in 2 weeks. I can only train Lancer on the weekends though, since I'm not at home on the weekdays... but I think he's smart enough to remember and improve with only training on the weekends. <___<

I didn't know if it was just me, or if Chaz has been kind of slow lately. (I guess it might be a mix of both LOL).

YA YA YA. Lancer thinks it's super fun, the trainer is really great. Someone in the class asked her about using e-collars for recalls and training in general, and her answers and opinions were very... CORRECT(?) LOL. She's very experienced in the same training vein as most of us here. And I like to learn dog sports, so I'm committing! yeeeee

Same, I'm mostly just browsing- and then replying sometimes to the things that I can reply to, or popping in to rant on the venting thread like a crazy person. :I

Doh, thanks!
I'm mildly embarrassed now. Your photos are always completely top notch, you landscape/animal/everything photography goddess. :p

Chaz has been a long active forum for awhile with the same group, so I wonder why it's suddenly slow.

These are super pretty. And Lancer looks very floofy.
Thanks!
Very very floofy. His legs are clouds.
